Glextor AppManager will organize your existing apps by auto-grouping them based on Google Play categories and newly installed ones will be automatically categorized. Best of all, you can personalize these groups any way you want (i.e. one application in multiple groups, system groups, etc.).

Here are some of its other important features that make it the best replacement for your phone’s default Android drawer:

• Backup & restore. You can back-up .APK files to your SD card (or just save market links) and you’ll be able to restore if something happens to your system (you can even restore previous versions of select applications if you don’t like an update). You’re also able to export the app’s configurations to easily restore on a new smartphone.
• Favorites. Choose which applications you use the most and mark them as favorites to always have them placed at the beginning when app list is sorted by name (or access via the special Favorites filter).
• Rooted devices support. Use root tools for batch operations to install/uninstall apps fast and easily!
